HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email to track your order.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, you cannot change or cancel your order. For questions or assistance, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or via social media and we will assist you.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. We typically process and ship orders within 1-3 business days, and you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes! We ship almost anywhere in the world. International shipping costs vary by country and order weight and will be calculated at checkout. International sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Many countries have customs, duties & taxes, and/or clearance charges for which you will be responsible. Depending on the location and each country’s postal procedures, your order can take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.  If you have any further questions or concerns about international shipping please contact us.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

When you order a Gift Certificate, your friends and relatives can choose the backpack of their choice.

There are no shipping charges when you only purchase a Gift Certificate. Your certificate will be e-mailed to the recipient. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Coupons or Gift Certificates cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are only redeemable for one year from the issue date. If you have difficulty purchasing a gift certificate, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for online orders.

We also accept Zip Pay for your convenience.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE AND BULK ORDERING?

Yes, we offer wholesale and bulk ordering. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and pricing.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE OR PERSONALIZE MY ORDER?

We love that idea and agree it would be an awesome add-on for individual consumer orders. This is something we are actively exploring for our Nylon Collection. We will keep you posted on this opportunity via email, so be sure to subscribe.
